GTA VI Release Date: November 19, 2026

Grand Theft Auto VI launches on November 19, 2026. Rockstar Games confirmed the date after earlier launch windows shifted during development — a normal pattern for a project of this scale.

Launch platforms

At release the game is available on current-gen consoles only:

• PlayStation 5 (and PS5 Pro)
• Xbox Series X|S

Last-gen consoles (PS4, Xbox One) are not supported.

What about PC?

Rockstar has not announced a PC release date. Historically, PC versions of GTA games arrive several months to a year after the console launch, often with extra graphical options. Treat any specific PC date as a rumor until Rockstar confirms it.

Pre-orders and pre-load
